Venui Vanilla ships internationally and uses Vanuatu Post Ltd. for all deliveries. Venui Vanilla may reserve the right to refuse payment and shipment from countries that are considered high risk.
For international orders, the freight charges are calculated according to weight.
All charges will be added to your order before processing your credit card, so you will always know the total amount being charged.
International Air Mail delivery time is typically 7 working days.
For domestic (Vanuatu) orders, parcels will be sent by Registered Mail. Delivery time is normally up to five working days. As an option, also Express Mail can be used if required, but at the risk of the purchaser, should the item be lost in transit.
Your order will usually be dispatched within 24-48hrs, or the nearest working day. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.
REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision.
There are no refunds or exchanges on "Exclusive Online Deals".
In the instance where a refund is granted, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Venui Vanilla.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
