Venui’s vanilla beans slowly macerate in a traditional infusion method. The beans high level of vanillin slowly dissolve into an ethanol solution at controlled temperature, to be press-filtered after more than 6 months aging. The extract’s thickness and dark brown color point out the high quantity of vanilla beans used for this preparation (‘threefold’’ in the vanilla industry).
One table-spoon of extract in a pastry mix will guarantee a rich vanilla aroma.
