100% Vanilla planifolia organically grown and processed by “Ni-Vanuatu” ( the name of Vanuatu people) farmers in the most isolated areas in Vanuatu archipelago: one of the purest ecosystem in the South Pacific.
The vanilla farmers, part of the Vanuatu Spices Network, are trained by Venui Vanilla and FSA (Farm Support Association) field officers.
Venui’s innovative vanilla processing techniques, in particular, require extra training to assure that the farmers are fully aware of the importance to harvest only very ripe vanilla beans, as well as to maintain the right temperature during the whole of the lengthy vanilla enzymatic process.
The process guarantees vanilla beans with a very high content of vanillin (average content: 2.6 to 3.6%), with superior aromatic qualities, dark brown and oily: the ideal vanilla for the perfect cake, flan or ice cream!
