Venui Vanilla Shipping & Returns Policy

Venui Vanilla ships internationally and uses Vanuatu Post Ltd. for all deliveries. Venui Vanilla Ltd will ship to any country accepted by our freight/postage provider, but Venui Vanilla may reserve the right to refuse payment and shipment from and to countries that are considered high risk.

For international orders, the freight charges are calculated according to weight. All charges will be added to your order invoice so you will always know the total amount you will be charged.

Your order will usually be dispatched within 24 - 48hrs, or the nearest working day. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched.

For domestic (Vanuatu) orders, parcels will be sent by Registered Mail. Delivery time is normally up to five working days.

International Air Mail delivery time is typically 10 working days, but can be longer and up to 4 weeks depending on the destination and shipment option selected.

Goods are sent internationally using either Vanuatu Post Registered Air Mail or by Express Mail Service (EMS). Please note that EMS is the only option that offers an internet tracking service (http://www.vanuatupost.vu/index.php/en/track-and-trace) and which cover and insure your shipment if it gets lost.

REFUNDS

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision.
There are no refunds or exchanges on "Exclusive Online Deals".
In the instance where a refund is granted, refunds will only be processed once the product has been returned to Venui Vanilla in good condition and approved by Venui Vanilla.
Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank account. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.

RE-SHIPMENT

For goods sent using Express mail Service (EMS) that get lost in transit, Venui Vanilla guarantee refund or re-shipment of the goods. As postage time is sometimes longer than scheduled, please note that re-shipment or refund will only take place if nothing has been received after a minimum of 8 weeks.

For parcels sent using Vanuatu Post Registered Air Mail, that get lost in transit, Venui Vanilla will also guarantee refund or re-shipment but only after a period of 12 weeks, due to possible late arrival and no international tracking possibility.
